Where do you ship?

Yes, it’s true. We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping via ePacket! 

At Vernec, we work with vendors from all over the world. And some of our products are dispatched by our vendors overseas. 

How much is shipping?

All orders above $0 are eligible for FREE shipping.

I just placed an order when will my order be shipped?

We process orders on weekdays(except holidays). Orders will be fulfilled within three(3) working days and dispatched the next working day, and the Tracking Id of USPS or other postal services will be shared after.

Delivery Estimate:

  • 11-20 Business Days to the USA
  • 15-25 Business Days to countries outside the USA

Note: This is an estimated schedule; your package may arrive early(please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times).

Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to get your shipment to you as soon as possible! 

Due to the nature of the shipping industry, delays are often unavoidable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only, and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided at the time of checkout.

You will receive a second email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact us.

You can also check your shipment tracking information here or in your Vernec account under Orders.

I have entered an incorrect address!

We do our best to speed up the processing and ship out the orders, so there is a small window to correct an incorrect address. Reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct address, as we can rectify it within 24 hours.

What if I have to pay an extra fee to receive my order?

When your order is ready to ship, we will send it to the shipping company.

Depending on each shipping company’s policy or customs procedure, you might be charged an extra fee for the final delivery or the import tax, mostly due to your shipping address is in a remote area.

In this case, please kindly pay them the required fee to receive your order.

How do I return or apply for an exchange?

If you decide that you do not want to keep your product, please return it to us (in its original condition and packaging) for an exchange or full refund. Please preserve the email receipt.

Read the instructions before applying for an exchange or refund:

  • You have ten(10) days after the delivery date to return your item so you can shop at Vernec in complete confidence.
  • By placing an order on Vernec, you are liable for the cost of return shipping.
  • For any product valued over $10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance.
  • Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products, we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.
  • Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process.
  • To claim a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support Team (via the link) with your Order Number, the reason for your return, and (if applicable) evidence/photos of any product faults. 

We will be happy to ship you a new item or refund the price you paid for the product (excluding shipping costs).

What if the package is stolen/lost?

Vernec is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page
